Does it integrate with current CRM or ATS?

Clug is already integrated with many CRM and ATS platforms, and for those not there yet, we can easily build the integration using our open API

How do I add my contractors to the system?

Contractors can be added in two way - either direclty in Clug, by adding the relevant information, or through our integrations with CRM, ATS, or ERP systems. Both options will then send an automatic email to the contractor with details for them to download the app, and set their password. Simple.

Is it free for contractors?

Yes, there is no cost for contractors. We charge the agency/company, based on the amount of active contractors each month.

Can I build my current timesheet layout into the system?

Yes, Clug offers a form builder that allows you to completely customize the timesheet form. Create fields, drag and drop columns, and make the timesheets work for you and your business.
